Our Bakery
100% Sourdough based
Our homemade focaccia is 100% sourdough based following a Roman-style technique. After 24 hours of fermentation and with an 80% hydration the dough is ready to be baked. The high water content, other than providing lightness, crunchiness and volume also contributes to keeping carbohydrates to the recommended daily intake per meal. With this product, our goal is to focus on mastication despite the volume and filled with simple ingredients to allow the customer to experience the product.
70% Hydration
Our pizza base is sourdough with 70% hydration, fermented for over 30 hours, topped with fior d’Agerola fiordilatte (a Neapolitan speciality mozzarella) and high quality ‘casa Marrazzo” Neapolitan San Marzano tomatoes. The Neapolitan stretch method guarantees a thin base with a puffy open crust. Simple ingredients are then chosen to exalt the dough itself.
Sourdough
Our bread is powered by a liquid 5-year-old sourdough that improves the product’s shelf life. Baked every morning, our bread is delicious to be enjoyed on its own, with a spread of chocolate or jam, loved by our customers with butter or filled with delicious, cured meat and cheese as well as next to a nice bowl of salad.
Roman Style
Our Roman-style oval-shaped pizza, made with sourdough and topped with fresh ingredients. Perfect for a quick lunch, enjoyed warm or cold.
Sicilian
Following a traditional Sicilian recipe, our homemade buns are flavoured with orange, lemon, and vanilla zest. Soft, spongy, and aromatic, they are perfect to be enjoyed on their own, with a spread of chocolate, pistachio cream, jam, and butter or even with some cured meat and cheese.
Our Desserts
Grano offers a variety of homemade cakes made with top-quality ingredients and following Gramma’s recipes, as well as pastries that enhance the Italian tradition sourced from trusted Italian suppliers.

Croissants
Our croissants are available in different combos: from a sweet chocolaty spread to a more classic jam spread or just as they come but are also offered as a mix between a sweet flavour and a savoury taste given by our cured meats and cheese.

Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a dessert from Treviso that has become a symbol of the Italian dessert tradition generally made with coffee, mascarpone cream and savoiardi (ladyfingers). Here at Grano, we jealously use our secret recipe.

Ice-creams
We purchase our ice-creams from a Calabrian factory, and we are very proud of it as Calabria is our home region.

Cannoli Siciliani
Cannoli is a traditional Sicilian dessert made with a crunchy deep-fried shell filled with sweet creamy ricotta.
Our Coffee
Our choice of Organic- 100% arabica coffee, supplied by Pura Vida Café (awarded 3/3 coffee beans from Gambero Rosso guide), is obtained through natural cultivations, and sourced from a single origin: every coffee is the product of a different plantation. We support the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme which embraces the project of environmentally sustainable cultivation and the protection of the Sumatran Forest -home of the Orangutan species. With the use of orangutan coffee we give our customers the possibility to be part in this campain, protecting the climate and orangutans through social responsibility.
